I got the chance to fish with Lanier Jim this morning on his new Ranger. We started out fishing crankbaits and jigs out shallower but got nothing except a few bites.
After we got fed up with that and the sun got higher we started fishing drop shots in brush and of course, we/I started catching them. Most of the fish were about the size of the one below, yet a lot were smaller too. I was dropping L

J's Passion all day and Jimmy tried a bunch of stuff but Obsession mainly..We were targeting brush on the outside bends of creek channels.
